Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling agile innovation frameworks across global enterprises
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, bio-convergence, and neurotech landscapes
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight credential
