- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging paradigms in robotics, neuroscience, and sustainable infrastructure
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready frameworks into organizational DNA
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on human-AI symbiosis and decentralized economies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with focus on exponential impact technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning for complex ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological convergence points
- Experience with venture capital or corporate incubation models
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent domain expertise
- Portfolio of implemented future-ready solutions with measurable impact
