Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for next-gen products and services
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between R&D, design, and business units
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish metrics to track innovation KPIs and ROI
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Business, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
