Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term market evolution
- Establish foresight frameworks to predict disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology adoption
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience scaling agile methodologies across enterprise organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology disruption initiatives
