Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech innovations
- Analyze emerging trends (Web4.0, biotech convergence, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, product teams, and external innovation partners
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact projections
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation ROI and market readiness
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on future technology paradigms and societal impacts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget allocation across strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, climate tech, biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
