Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of core autonomous driving software stacks.
- Define technical strategies for achieving Level 5 autonomy by 2026.
- Oversee the integration of LIDAR, radar, and camera sensor fusion.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 roadmaps into technical deliverables.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or autonomous systems.
- Strong proficiency in C++, Python, and CUDA.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and sensor fusion algorithms.
- PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional engineering teams.
